I think Checklist has fairly highlighted the flip side to the issue (of treatment of children) as well to which muslims usually turn a blindeye to or indirectly condone it. He started off by fully acknowledging the Israeli culpability right in the first post. While I too thought that he was trying to portray Palestinians as inherently evil, incapable of moral judgment, I had to give in to the reports he produced of Palestianians themselves criticizing other Palestinians. Clearly, it shows that there is some very unfortunate and culpable choices being made by the Palestinians. That is all this thread has done. It has not gone to show who among the two sides is more guilty. That is not the subject matter of the thread at all. It is not an analysis of the causes of the conflict or of who is more culpable. It was very limited to one particular issue.
Anyway, it is well known that the militarily (and politically) better equipped side invariably has crimes more disproportionate to the weaker side. That is a no brainer. But the thread did not get to that angle, for it was always taken as true without saying.
