    Default File Migration

    I finally got that harddrive: Maxtor One Touch III 500 GB (Which I have come to find out is actually only 465 physically available-I feel a little ripped off). Now, how do you migrate the program files from the local drive to the external? All I basically want on my local drive are the XP files and the essential program files.

    To my understanding you have to setup the programs on the external...I don't think you can simply migrate them. I could be wrong.
