How do you perform a temporary marriage with someone?

I would like to do that with my girlfriend (we have nophysical relationships) I just want to feel closer to her and she wants to fell closer to me, we both are intersted in this?.

Our intent is not for intercourse, but mainly for bonding.

Nick you're only 15, you have a girlfriend and converted to Islam...now you're thinking of marriage. I mean no disrespect but don't you think you should slow down a bit and appreciate the choices you've made in life? Besides, both having a girlfriend and temporary marriages are against Islamic principles.
