    I think the best source of fitness is to used herbs and plants in our food means use of vegetables and fruits because they have large number of such substances which are necessary for our health.     Thanks for the input, sajjad1234, that makes sense, however I would think exercise is necessary for a well-toned body. Eating less may result in weight loss but exercising will increase energy levels and give the body a good shape.

    How about green tea, will that help in weight loss?
