    Smile Manner of Speech

"Adopt a gentle manner when speaking, for certainly the tone, at times, has a greater impact than the speech itself." --Imam Ghazzali.

    nor ridicule him,

nor promise him only to break the promise later." -- Tirmidhi.

Beautiful guidelines of etiquette in the Hadith.

"The believer does not defame, abuse, disparage, nor vilify." -- Tirmidhi

We are not allowed to run down a person. Any problem should be dealt with in the most diplomatic way possible.

Our manner of speech should be such that it conveys the message we intend in a clear, non-confusing way. Many a time it happens that the person has not done something which he was supposed to do, or hasnt done it correctly, all because the message wasnt conveyed in a clear tone of voice.

Speaking in an unclear voice or tone can cause a lot of unnecessary problems which couldve been easily avoided just by paying attention to how you say it. So the bottom line is : Speak clearly.

People are less likely to pay attention or listen to you if you speak in a harsh tone. Always speak in a kind voice. Speak to others like how you would like to be spoken to. Be like a rainbow to them when their day is dull
