    Default Quran about Quran Teachings

Quran the divine revolution introduces itself as “manifestation of guidance” in which Allah has laid down solution for almost everything and eminent evidence towards utmost supervision. The sacred scripture is discrimination between right and wrong safeguarding a belief bearer from going astray.

“Indeed, this Qur'an guides to that which is most suitable and gives good tidings to the believers who do righteous deeds that they will have a great reward.” [17:9]

Those who strive hard to get the essence of Quranic teachings they are guided by Allah in His righteous ways towards absolution. The book is a sound reasoning, which instills insight upon man, persuading him to contemplate more on Allah’s teachings, and the healings related to them.

    Quran the Scripture of Unseen:

The sole purpose of Quran is not guidance but warning the believers of the unseen what had happened before them and revealing the prophecies of the coming age and time for them to be warned beforehand. The entailing stories are dreadful warnings of Allah’s wrath hence Allah sent this revelation for the benefit of humankind.
Quran comprises what was verbally comprehended to Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) so that this preserved sheer inscription can remain the guider and supreme supervisor until the end of this world.
“That is from the news of the unseen which We reveal to you, [O Muhammad]. You knew it not, neither you nor your people, before this. So be patient; indeed, the [best] outcome is for the righteous.” [11:49]

    Goal Behind Quran Revelation:

Goal behind Quran revelation is to break the chains of ignorance, misguidance, social corruption, whims, and destruction. It was light for those who were in darkness and guidance for those who were lurking for supervision.

“This [Qur'an] is a clear statement to [all] the people and a guidance and instruction for those conscious of Allah.” [3:138]

Quran is the light of justice and freedom for the oppressed ones. It dissipates all the darkness and to ward off the evil in order to guide the humankind towards the right path of celestial teachings.

    Quran and Spiritual Blessings:

Apart from the guidance, Quran imparts spiritual blessings in the form of verses and the teachings encoded in its verses. It asks to establish Salah, pay to the poor, and perform pilgrimage for soul purification, fast in order to refrain from the entire moral viciousness resides within and strive in the path of Allah. The commandments of following the obligatory five pillars of Islam is to strengthen the relation with Allah so that a person in better way can understand the purpose being behind human’s birth and following the path towards absolution.

“A Book which We have revealed to you, [O Muhammad], that you might bring mankind out of darknesses into the light by permission of their Lord - to the path of the Exalted in Might, the Praiseworthy.” [14:1]

Every verse of Quran persuades a man to ponder over the true revelations of Quran and its message because in it lies the admonition for the humans to protect oneself from the infliction of Allah.

Hold unto the Teachings Lest you will be in Trouble:

Quran says about its divinity that hold to its message otherwise it is devastating for the humankind the example of which has given as injuring the soul. Staying away from the teachings imparts despondency, tribulations, and miseries that increases anxiety, stress and makes a person caught up in Satan’s trials.
In short, Believing Allah and acknowledging His divinity the mere way of redemption, which let the humans understand their purpose of creation, getting to know the things which makes them differ from the idolaters like Salah, belief in omnipotence and invoking Allah for mercy as Quran states:

“And We have not revealed to you the Book, [O Muhammad], except for you to make clear to them that wherein they have differed and as guidance and mercy for a people who believe.” [16:64]

    1. Reciting the ta'awwuz is compulsory before reciting the Qur'an.

    2. To recite the tasmiyah is sunnah and highly recommended.

    3. To recite in an audible voice - not reading in the mind.

    4. When Qur'an is being recited it is necessary for others to remain silent and listen, as long as they are present with the intention of listening to it, otherwise just one person listening will suffice.

    5. Reciting the Qur'an in a beautiful voice, taking care of good pronunciation.

    6. Looking in the Qur'an and reading is actually better than not looking in while reciting.

    7. It is good to sit facing the Qiblah, and wearing modest clothes.

    8. Qur'an can be recited without wudhu, provided that it is not touched.

    9. To complete the Qur'an in less than 3 days is not preferable.

    10. Holding the Qur'an with respect.

The Qur'an should be held, taken or given with the right hand. When buying or selling the Qur'an, no fixed price should be attached, (no bargaining, your love for Allah swt and His words should be predominant factor.)

Nothing should be kept ontop of the Qur'an, not even Islamic books.

Place it on a high place so that people can recognize it. Preferably with its cover. Keep the Qur'an on an elevated place and read it. The Qur'an should be closed when finished reading.

When you reach the sajda ayah then carefully set the Qur'an aside, and a sajda be made.

The method is that you go down into prostration from a standing or sitting position, saying Allahu Akbar, then in sajda say 'Subhana Rabbiyal A'laa" thrice. Then lift up into a sitting position saying 'Allahu Akbar' as you do so. The sajda is now complete.

Sajda Tilawat can be postponed and done later too.
