Yeah that is a good point. Reg. your earlier post on banning child marriage, genital mutilation, self-flagellation, etc. - I believe if something is proved detrimental to the society at large, a ban should be necessary. In any case, bans should be a last resort, and it all depends on if burqa is thought to fall in this category or not..
