When you want to download something of the internet, you simply right click and go to "Save Target As.." right? But unfortunately, this doesnt seem to work!! I right click it, and the option is there, but it is greyed out, inselectable. So how do i solve it?

Right click on the above link and see if "Save target as..." option is grayed out.
Anyway, goto internet options and set the security settings to default and advance settings to default. See if that helps.
If that doesn't work their is an easy way, download firefox and use it to download files.

This behavior occurs if 'Content Advisor' is enabled. To shoot it, disable it by going
Internet Explorer >> Tools >> Internet Option >> Content Tab >> Click Disable.
When you recieve the following prompt,
"Content Advisor has been turned off. Make sure you turn it on again before you allow someone else to use your computer."
click OK.
It is recomended that you update your windows and internet explorer as well through Tools >> Windows Update.
