Satan,omnipresent jinn?

Satan is a Jinn,yes?so how can one individual jinn,effect everyone simultainiously?can all jinns do this?

Iblis is indeed of the Jinn. He has progeny, he has a junood. Each person has a devil with him giving him whispers. He does not affect anyone. He merely makes a suggestion and it is up to the person's discretion whether he accepts.

so satan does not personally whisper,but uses his progeny?What about satan running in our veins?

Satan as used in the Qur'an covers two kinds of entities. One is the Satan who got Adam and Eve out of paradise and who assumes leadership of the group that moves people away from God's path. The other use is any entity that moved itself away from God's grace and that aims to move people away from God's path. This entity can be Satan himself, his progeny and some people too.
