Assalam Alaikum
While sleeping has anyone ever experienced being Paralyzed from the neck downward? Well, I have and trust me none of you want to go through the same problem that I have. When I go to sleep, at times I say BISMILLAH 3x and I lay on my back. I always try to avoid laying on my stomach. When I am in deep sleep, I try to open my eyes I CAN"T. I try to open my mouth I CAN"T. It is like I am going through hell. Meanwhile, I know what is going on around me, I can hear everything. Some people tell me that it is the Satan laying on top of me. Is the true?

Many times I have experienced thia. Yes, it is complete horror. I try screaming for help but am unable to open my mouth, though I completely sense what's going on around me.

I was told that this happens because of a Jin sitting on me. lol.

but actually, there is a decent medical explanation for this. I don't remember what it was. It's not a big deal actually. Nevertheless, I don't want top experience that. It's been a while actually since it happened to me. Alhamdulillah.

Vinod is right, may be it is a complete horror. It is also included in our eeman, that the thing like this is also Exist but Nabi Kareem (PBUH) has given the solution of every thing "Complete Way" of life thourgh Quranic Verse n His Sunnat n Ahadith

Read Dua of Sleeping " ALLAHUMA BISMIKA AMOOTOO WA AHYA "

Read 4 times Sura e Fatiha
3 time Surah Akhlas

Mafhoom e Hadith
" A person who recite more then 10 veres before sleeping will not included in "GHAFILEEN"

"and a person who recite more then 100 verse before sleep , if he/she die on this night will be included in Shaheed "

Solution 3
Read the Second Ruko of Surah e Aal - Imran

The prophet (s.a.w) said that "Never does a thorn afflict pain upon a person that Allah does not bestows mercy on him".

Do continuous duas and read the suras that have been mentioned along with these two. Sura Al-Fatiha and Sura Ya-Sin. Both have incredible merits. Recite and pray. May Allah help u.
