aslamu alaykum
As far as my limited knowlege goes all prayers are equally important but leaving morning prayer does not nullify other prayers. It is a sin to miss a prayer intentionally but it does not have any effect on other prayers.
..and ALLAH ALMIGHTY knows best.

salam...no there is no thing as other prayers r not accepted...but its like if a person prays 3 or 4 times a day,not 5, then he prays only for himself...he is not praying for Allah because he is doing his own will by praying only 4 times...so we SHud pray 5 times a day...Allah Hafiz

Salam
it is right that all prayers have n equal value but the time of Fajr is very important
Mafhoom Hadith
Fajr n Isha 'prayer are complex for Munafiqeen . ie they hasitate to offer it.
n in Quran I think Surah Aal-Imran
Alllah SWT say to APOSTLE
Mafhoom
"if u 'll pray (astaghfaar) 70 times for Munafiqeen I'll not forgive them all"
another Hadith reagrding the time of ISHRAQ (After Fajr)
Mafhoom
" Hell fire burn in the bed when person sleep at the time of ISHRAQ "

salam...brother all prayers r of equal importance but fajr and isha r those prayers who carry greater reward...at the time of fajr, we r sleeping and we wake up only for Allah..so Allah has set greater reward for it...and at the time of isha, we r very tired and we just want to go to sleep...we still remember Allah and pray...so like u can say fajr and isha prayers r very important...and yea the one who misses the prayers, a punishment is set for every namaz...i dotn remember what punishments...only Allah knows better..Allah HAfiz

slam..well i remember that it was written and it also told us abt the importance of other prayers ..like when we pray our zuhr prayer we r occupied by our office work and same goes for asar...but like for fajr and isha the factor of sleep comes which makes it the most important..well there can be some more reasons aswell..i dont ..byt maybe there are..Allah Hafiz

Salaam brothers,
Well i will clarify for u why it is very important. U wake up for Allah, u give up ur sleep and thats what makes it all the better. Its true that all salah is more or less equal. Prophet (s.a.w) said that the 2 sunnah of fajr are better than all the world and that which is in it. Missing fajr does not nullify ur other prayers, where did u get that from?
However read this hadith.
At night the devil ties 3 knots in ur brain and says sleep a long sleep 2 u. To undo these knots, first u wake and praise Allah. Second u make wudu, third u pray fajr. This makes all evil leave ur mind, inshallah, and the day is better for u too. It works. Trust me.
