Okay, I suppose you already have some server space where you will put the forum, right?
If so, what kind of server is that, windows or linux?

It's easy when people come here to exchange ideas and knowledge. It's hard when people come here to exchange insults and slurs, not to mention come here for dishonest purposes.
I didn't get this website up, others did and later I was given this job.
Alhamdulilah, I have plenty of books and still growing. I have always loved religion. Also, my skepticism and my insatiable hunger to know things has led me to educate myself as much as I can. Add to this, my frustration with the misrepresentation of Islam. To make a long story short I finally became the pupil of the scholar Moiz Amjad. There are many sources on the internet for Hebrew Lexicons, encyclopedias, dictionaries etc...
I really respect brother Deedat, I remember reading his stuff when I was like 11 or 12, then I saw him debate Jimmy Swaggart. To be quite honest with you, he (Deedat) was a humble man and did his best with what he had. Anyway, if you really want to learn about Islam then here is where you need to go. It's a free online course, that if you are serious, you will not be disappointed, insha'Allah.

Also, ask questions and most importantly be humble.

Peace 786,
heh, don't worry, I'm not offended. ;)
Probably the simplest option to have a forum is to sign up for a free one on services like www.bravenet.com.
They will give you a working forum, already set up, and you will be its administrator. It's pretty simple and it's free.
