one of the sections that is ofen ignored at www.understanding-islam.com is translation of quran section. i personally feel Moiz sahib should give more tiem to this work as I find this translation to be most outstanding.

i will like to request everyone to take a look at this translation very very carefuly and see if they find any differnece in this translation and others. but the condition is that the whole translation should be studied.

my suggestion: take a print out of the various portions (http://www.understanding-islam.org/related/questionsarticles.asp?sscatid=436) and then read the whole work in sequence. i am sure you will find difference.

A while back I asked brother Moiz if he would translate the Qur'an. His reply to me was that it is one of the most difficult task a person can undertake. He's working on it, but as you can see he has very little help. I believe that Al Mawrid is also creating their own translation (I'm not sure). Insha'Allah he will publish it when it's finished. Right now you can visit the website for some verses that are translated and even better the interpretation is wonderful.

I agree with brother immimo that Moiz Amjad Sahib should
give more attention to the trans. of Quran.I request M.Amjad
and Shehzad Saleem to combine their efforts and complete this
noble task as soon as possible .This would be a monumental work,
enough for their salvation.MoizAmjad should publish the trans.of
baqara as soon as it is completed.Any discerning reader would
attest to the exellence of this translation.
