Salaam Ratty,
Just before I returned to the forum I said (thought) to myself. "I bet Ratty will be the first person to reply" I open the screen up and Voila! ;) Thank you over-exceedingly much! Hey the first one didn't work! Something about cookies being blocked. What do I do? Is there anything for rhythmic clapping?

Mp3 files should be fine. As long as it plays on normal stuff. lol.
Well, we have to do about the 1950's/60's combining two subject areas (Drama and music) so we're presenting top of the pops as the first colour broadcast television. So the presenter comes on and says his stuff [APPLAUSE] and we play the songs 'I'm a believer' [CROWD CHEERING E.T.C (NORMAL STUFF YOU'D EXPECT IN TOTP)] and then 'Hey Jude' and then 'Penny Lane'. Rhythmic clapping, Preferably five minutes long or something like that. and we can cut it out after the songs over. Dunno, not enough info? Ask :o

I'm not clear how you will loop, in your software set play to loop and hit stop after 5min. Search for the loop button on your software.
If WMP (Windows Media Player), then on the Play menu it says repeat. Tick that option and it will play again and again.

Salaam,
Thanks Chuck. Thank you everybody! Does anyone know where I can find the TOTP theme tune from the 60's? It's supposedly by a person/group called 'vinyl'

No? Never mind then. Thank you all for your help!!!

Salaam. I misunderstood. LOL. My friend has it on vinal records but he couldn't record it so I found it myself. We needed it to be the TOTP theme tune for when the programme starts. But I couldn't find the actual tune itself without the words. So I was thinking . . . and then it hit me! What I needed was a midi file! So obviously I quickly found one because as you all know they're all over the internet and for free! So I needed to burn it off to a disc so you you can imagine a problem arising in the very near future. But luckily, I found that Itunes has a lesser-known ability to make cd's from midi files. It accomplishes this by using the quicktime midi synthesizer and the results are surprisingly good! :)
Thank you all for your help yet again. lol!
